Spending 50 USD on Neutral cards to help all your decks in Splinterlands

Today I buy neutral cards to cover all your decks with 50 USD unfortunately the budget still isn't high enough for levels or legendary cards so those will have to be rented. Let me know if you like this format or how it can be improved. Shall we proceed to the next splinter or increase the budget?
