Building a 50 USD Bronze Death deck in Splinterlands

Today I build a bronze Death deck with 50USD unfortunately the budget still isn't high enough for levels so those will have to be rented. Let me know if you like this format or how it can be improved. Shall we proceed to the next splinter or increase the budget?
