Setting up an Immutable X Wallet for BOOK GAMES
- To get your BOOK GAMES tokens, you'll need an Immutable X wallet. To save you a few steps on launch day, we recommend doing so now. Use MetaMask to create an ImmutableX wallet, here: https://market.x.immutable.com/
- When doing this, it's important that you do so on desktop. Immutable X is not compatible with mobile at this time. If your ONLY option to connect to IMX is through mobile: you have until 12.31.22 to claim your airdrop once it's available when launched around Jan 10th on VeeFriends site.
- Once you've set up your IMX wallet with Metamask, you're good to go for now. More updates to come later this week on all things BOOK GAMES.
BUYING BOOK GAMES NFTS? Secondary Market - TokenTrove
- Looking to buy BOOK GAMES tokens? BOOK GAMES tokens have NOT been released yet and will only be available once the tokens drop around Jan 10th.
- The secondary market for them will be tokentrove.com. Think of this like the OpenSea for BOOK GAMES.
* It's important to note that while TokenTrove is the secondary marketplace, BOOK GAMES itself will be played on the VeeFriends website.
Using your Immutable X (IMX) Wallet
- To make purchases using your IMX wallet, you'll need to transfer ETH from your MetaMask wallet to your IMX wallet. BOOK Games tokens will be purchasable with $ETH, not $IMX.
- It will be possible to port your tokens from Layer 2 to Layer 1 to sell on OpenSea (this requires gas), however, there is currently no way to port them back to Layer 2 to use in BOOK GAMES. Tokens purchased on OpenSea won't be eligible for BOOK GAMES since it is played on Layer 2.
- When you transfer ETH from L1 to L2, there is a gas fee. Basically, anything that involves L1 requires gas. Anything strictly on L2 (Playing BOOK GAMES, buying BOOK GAMES tokens with IMX wallet) is gas-free.
- If you sell a BOOK GAMES token, and want to transfer ETH back to your Layer 1 wallet, there is a 24 hour lag period.

- BOOK GAMES is dropping around Jan 10th
- Setting up an Immutable X wallet now will save you time on launch day
- BOOK GAMES will be PLAYED on VeeFriends Site through Immutable X
- BOOK GAMES will be BUY/SELL/TRADE on TokenTrove
